Two weeks back I was on my way to Windsor (Canadian city across from Detroit). Prior to my flight, I flared up my knee. While I was flying, I was thinking of things that I could do to help with my knee pain recovery.
I very much focused on 3 key things.
They were simple to do and worked. I was able to cool off my knee pain and get in an amazing run along the river in Windsor.
